Farewell and Good Luck

Dear Parents and Students, 

It’s been quite a year for all of us. Your child jumped from a single teacher environment to a multiple teacher/personality one with relative ease on their part. It was quite a transition, but I think we can say that it was successful. 

TAKS results were superb this year for third grade. Reading and math results were both in the 90 percentile. Way to go kids!!! Keep up the good work and show next year’s teacher how smart you really are. 

I wish all of you a wonderful, safe summer. Please encourage your child to read, read, and read. Also practice math skills they already know and encourage those who don’t know their multiplication facts to learn those this summer. Several students were given math workbooks to use this summer as a review. 

Thanks to all of you who helped and supported our efforts this year. I pray God’s blessings over you and your family.
